PetCentric is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information and Email addresses gathered from contact forms and order forms
will never be rented out or sold for marketing or other purposes. However,
by submitting your order you agree that we may share with third party
payment processors any information necessary to complete the
transaction. We require customers paying by PayPal to register, other
customers may register to reserve limited quantity items and view their
order details and shipment information online.
Our site is targeted toward adults and children over the
age of 12. We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children 12 and under.
This site may contain links to other sites. PetCentric is not
responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those sites.

This site also uses JavaScript to insure we meet your browsers compatibility
needs, and to aid in form processing.
PAYMENT POLICY
We accept payment by check, or by credit card and eCheck (through PayPal).
Item will be shipped after payment has been received and verified.
There is a $30.00 charge for all non-sufficient funds returned checks.
Since we currently do not have a 1-800 number, we offer a $1.00 off
phone orders over $20.00 to help cover the cost of your phone charges.
SHIPPING
All prices include free shipping within the continental United
States. For orders out side the continental US please contact us
for specific shipping rates.

Ordered Items will be shipped after payment has been received and
verified. In most cases there will be a tracking number assigned
to your shipment. Which if you registered and ordered online, you will
be able to view online when your order is shipped.
Many of our items are made to order (these are not considered custom
orders) such as items that have multiple color or size choices. If
you request such an item and it is not in stock, it will be made to
order. As such, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase,
however we realize this is not always possible. If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, tell us within 14 days
of the date of receipt and you can return it for a replacement or refund
less our cost for shipping and handling - this includes all items
shipped to you under our free shipping program. Items with a
defect in materials or workmanship may be returned unused (see
note) for a replacement or 100% refund
For defects in manufactured goods such as retractable leashes, aquarium air pumps etc.. please follow the warranty information provided with the merchandise.
All return items must be returned postage paid, and must be in unused
condition with the original packaging and contents. If your return
is damaged, not in original packaging, or not complete, a deduction may
be taken from your full credit. Used items will not be credited (see
note). Refunds will be made the same as the method of
payment, payments made by check will be made by check, payments made
through PayPal with be made through PayPal, etc ...
We are not responsible for items damaged in shipping. Be sure
to check packages carefully upon receipt. If after you receive a
package you discover a item has been damaged in shipping, please contact
the shipping carrier that delivered the item. If you can not resolve this with the shipping carrier please contact us and we will try to work with you to resolve the problem.
IMPORTANT for all returns
You must contact us before returning any item. You will be issued
a RMA number that you must include with your return. Items returned
without a RMA number written clearly on the box cannot be credited and
are subject to refusal at the time of delivery. You will be
responsible for providing shipping, insurance, and acquiring a tracking
number for the returned item.

Note: Used items, custom made items and
personalized items can not be returned with the exception if returned
for repair of a defect in materials or workmanship. Such items
must be returned postage paid within 40 days of receipt with the original
packaging and contents.
