Shipping Information

Many of our items are made to order (these are not considered custom orders) such as items that have multiple color or size choices. If you request such an item and it is not in stock, it will be made to order. As such, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

Ordered Items will be processed after payment has been received and verified. Products may be shipped in separate shipments or in multiple boxes for the same shipment, in some case the products may be shipped directly from our vendors.  In most cases there will be a tracking number assigned to your shipment. If you registered and ordered online, you will be able to view the tracking number online when your order is shipped.  We currently do not have a mechanism for orders placed as guests to view orders or tracking numbers, however you should receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped.  

We offer free shipping within the Continental United States for orders totaling $25.00 or more. We currently do not ship  to Hawaii, Alaska, or other offshore US locations.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from PetCentric Pet Supplies are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
