Return & Refund Policy
We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, however due to our low profit margin and to keep prices low we no longer accept returns for wrong sizes. Please carefully measure your pet before purchasing. We try to provide size charts for every item, if an item description is missing a size chart please let us know. As of February 25th 2019, only a defect in workmanship for PetCentric manufactured products maybe exchanged.
If an incorrect product is shipped, select "Received Wrong Item" on the return form and the order for the item(s) will be reshipped and you will receive a prepaid return mailer to return the incorrect item(s).
Please note defects in other manufactured goods such as clothing, retractable leashes, aquarium air pumps etc. please follow the warranty information provided with the merchandise.
Return items must be returned postage paid,
and must be in
unused condition with the original packaging and contents. If your return is
damaged (other than a defect in workmanship ) no refund will be given. If your return is not in original packaging, a deduction may be taken
from your full credit. Used items will not be credited (see note). Refunds will
be made the same as the method of payment, payments made by check will be made
by check, payments made through PayPal with be made through PayPal, etc. Refunds will have our actual shipping cost deducted from total refund.
We are not responsible for items damaged in shipping. Be sure to check packages carefully upon receipt. If after you receive a package you discover a item has been damaged in shipping, please contact the shipping carrier that delivered the item. If you can not resolve this with the shipping carrier please contact us and we will try to work with you to resolve the problem.
IMPORTANT for all returns
You must request an RMA number within 14 days of receipt before returning any item. This may be done through your account in your order history, if you did not have an account when you placed the order please Contact Us. You will be issued a RMA number by email that you must include with your return. Items returned without a RMA number written clearly on the box cannot be credited and are subject to refusal at the time of delivery. You must return items with 30 days of receipt or within 15 days of receiving an RMA number which ever is greater. You will be responsible for providing shipping, insurance, and acquiring a tracking number for the returned item.
IMPORTANT: Used items, custom made items and personalized items can not be returned with the exception if returned for repair of a defect in materials or workmanship. Such items must be returned postage paid within 40 days of receipt with the original packaging and contents.
